Bemutatkozás

Tolna Megyei Gyermekotthonok Igazgatóságának 8. számú Különleges Gyermekotthona vagyunk.
A „Különleges” jelző a 32 értelmileg akadályozott gyermek és utógondozás ellátásban élő fiatal otthonát jelenti.
2005. augusztus 1.-én költöztünk a volt szekszárdi „Acsi” épületének egyik felújított szárnyába. Négy egymás mellett kialakított lakásban, 4-5 ágyas szobákban teljes ellátást tudunk biztosítani lakóinknak.
Gyermekeink többsége a Zomba- Paradicsompusztai Berkes János Gyógypedagógiai Intézményben tanul, ahová naponta helyközi autóbuszjárattal jutnak el.
Fenntartóink, gondozóink minden lehetőséget megragadnak, hogy a gyermekek mindazt megkapják, ami számukra az otthon fogalmát jelenti. Szeretetünkkel, gondoskodásunkkal pótolni igyekszünk a család hiányát, illetve megszüntetni a „másságukból” eredő hátrányukat.
Örömünkre még akadnak olyan jóérzésű embertársaink, akik adományaikkal, felajánlásaikkal szeretnének segíteni a gyermekotthonnak.

Introduction

Our institute is the Special Children Hospice No. 8 of Hospices of Tolna County.
We are “Special” as we give home to 32 handicapped and after-care children and young persons.
We moved to the renewed section of the late “Acsi” institute in Szekszárd in August 2005. We have four adjacent flats with rooms for 4 to 5 beds and provide full services to our children.
Most of our children study in the “Berkes János” Remedial School in Zomba-Paradicsompuszta where they are transported to by the point-to-point coach services every day.
Our social workers do everything to create a real home for the children. With our love and care, we try to substitute their family and eliminate their disadvantage caused by their „different” status.
We are glad that there are people with a good sense that want to help our children hospice with their donations and offerings.
